Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expert: You will be the single point of contact driving strategic partnerships across stakeholders for the Deal Desk. As a subject matter expert, your focus will be on influencing product pricing and empowerment strategies, building and delivering deal making guidance, and managing a comprehensive feedback loop to identify business blockers and design repeatable solutions
Deal Agility: Engage with team members that need assistance in closing challenging deals providing in depth expertise on offerings, pricing strategy, competitors, empowerment and operational considerations while taking qualitative and quantitative insights to inform and influence strategy
Readiness Delivery: Ongoing proactive readiness to the global team, including guidance on new services and strategies to ensure they are properly armed to effectively win deals quickly
Platform: As Microsoft continues to innovate how we contract and deliver advanced solutions to customers, you will partner across the company to build our strategy and enable the Deal Desk to play a critical role in this transformation
Build, Grow and Nurture Key Relationships: As you partner across the organization, you will need to develop trusted relationships that balance understanding and empathy while advocating for the Deal Desk

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience
