Responsibilities
Develop and enhance financial models supporting mortgage, fixed income, and cash flow analytics
Perform quantitative analysis on large datasets to support risk assessment, forecasting, and loan performance simulations
Apply advanced modeling techniques such as:
Cash flow modeling
Monte Carlo simulations
Machine learning-based forecasting (preferred)
Transform raw financial and operational data into high-quality, client-facing deliverables
Qualification
Required
Strong quantitative finance foundation
Hands-on experience applying Python-based financial modeling techniques to large datasets beyond traditional Excel capacity
Immediately available to interview and start
Able to commute onsite in Washington, DC three days per week
