Responsibilities
Drive daily progress across multiple projects while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams
Manage end-to-end physical product flow within the facility, including establishing and overseeing project-specific storage areas
Utilize the ERP system to validate inbound shipments, ensuring accurate quantities and full compliance with documentation requirements
Organize, label, and maintain inventory within designated storage locations to support efficient material retrieval
Uphold safety standards and sustain a clean, well-organized warehouse environment
Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Take on additional operational responsibilities as needed to support team and organizational goals
Qualification
Required
1+ years of hands-on experience within manufacturing or warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, logistics coordination, and inventory management
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide, train, and motivate teams
Certified forklift operator
