Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the technical backlog with clear, actionable requirements
Review source code for quality, perform manual testing, and support automated testing
Validate release readiness and ensure defects are logged, prioritized, and resolved
Oversee development project deliverables from planning through deployment
Translating business needs into functional requirements and acceptance criteria
Coordinate release activities across test and production environments
Ensure documentation, version control, and deployment processes are followed consistently
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in requirements tracking, user interviews, and technical specification development
2–3+ years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft technology including .NET, SQL development and testing
Experience in system design, architecture review, or technical solutioning
Experience working with developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying risks and driving solutions
Comfortable balancing technical depth with disciplined project execution
