Responsibilities

Analyze customer financial data to authorize credit lines and minimize risk
Develop and maintain credit models to forecast trends and assess risk
Oversee third-party collections, bankruptcy, and escheatment processes
Perform regular audits and updates of customer accounts in SAP
Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve credit issues
Support audit activities and ensure data integrity
Provide training and mentorship to credit team members
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years in credit and collections
Experience in financial statement review and analysis
Experience with D&B and related systems
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced analytical and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
