Charity Event Coordinator (Entry Level)

Milevista is a community-focused outreach and event marketing firm that partners with respected nonprofit organizations. They are currently hiring Entry-Level Charity Event Coordinators to engage with community members and assist them in supporting charitable causes through live events.
Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Represent nonprofit partners at local community events and outreach campaigns
Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and informative way
Educate individuals on the mission and impact of each charity
Guide supporters through the donation and sign-up process
Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
Track engagement and donation activity throughout events
Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, and event coordination
Work closely with a collaborative and purpose-driven team

Required

Strong communication and people skills
Outgoing, positive, and comfortable speaking with new individuals

No prior experience required — full paid training provided

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or volunteering is a plus
