Responsibilities
Deliver onsite technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile, and related hardware/software environments
Assist with IT projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within defined scope and budget
Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal experts to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Configure, install, monitor, and maintain desktop systems for both onsite and mobile users
Provide technical guidance and support to business partners, ensuring solutions align with operational needs
Manage multiple daily tasks and shifting priorities in a busy support environment
Maintain high-quality documentation and follow established IT service processes
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience
3+ years of experience providing Microsoft desktop support in a helpdesk or networking environment
Proficiency with Microsoft O365 Suite and familiarity with call center technologies preferred
Experience with desktop and laptop security encryption for both Mac and PC
Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration
Understanding of VOIP technologies and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, network topology)
Excellent customer service orientation with strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of working collaboratively across departments
