Keep the brand’s social feeds active, thoughtful, and on point
Curate a warm, encouraging environment where educators feel seen and supported
Manage the content calendar and collaborate with editorial and marketing partners
Spot and elevate authentic educator voices through user-generated content
Track what’s resonating using platform insights and analytics — and use that data to guide your creative experiments
Qualification
Required
1–4 years of experience creating social content people love (yes, internships count)
Strong writer with a friendly, professional, conversational voice
Comfortable jumping between tools like Sprout Social, Later, or Manychat
Skilled at reading the room — you know when to engage, when to escalate, and when to let the community speak for itself
Naturally curious and a little quirky (in the best way)
Deep interest in education and the people who make it happen
Organized, dependable, and fully at home in a remote team environment
