Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for development details between internal teams and vendor partners
Monitor and manage the overall product development process for assigned product lines, ensuring adherence to timelines and brand standards
Create and maintain seasonal composite sheets and classification charts to track and organize product details
Coordinate the workflow of weekly updates, ensuring composites are leveraged as an effective communication tool with vendors, production, technical design, and merchandising teams
Track product development progress to ensure timely execution and delivery within established timeframes
Communicate design development details clearly and effectively across teams and vendors to ensure alignment and precision in execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience
3-5 years of experience in product design or product development, preferably within the apparel or intimate wear industry
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams and external partners
Proficiency in design tools and software, as well as a solid understanding of product development workflows and timelines
Product development: 3 years (Required)
