Nourison Hospitality is seeking a service-driven Project Services Coordinator (PSC) to support custom carpet and rug projects within their hospitality division. This role is essential for delivering a seamless customer experience and serves as a liaison between sales representatives, internal teams, and hospitality clients.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project support between sales representatives, internal teams, and customer accounts
Prepare proposals, process orders, and manage documentation for custom carpet and rug projects
Track production schedules and monitor freight and logistics to support on-time delivery
Proactively assess customer needs and provide timely, solution-oriented support
Build strong, professional relationships through clear, responsive communication
Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate systems and tools
Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, following through to completion
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders, and project details
Adhere to internal communication standards, procedures, and policies
Take initiative to anticipate needs and support sales and customer success

Required

Experience in customer service, project services, or client support roles

Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
High school diploma or equivalent
