Responsibilities
Effectively implement sales plans for assigned branch to achieve the strategic and tactical goals of the company
Provide strong leadership, coaching, management and direction to the branch staff to ensure delivery of superior quality service and product support for bank customers
Utilize knowledge and experience in exercising discretion and independent judgment in resolving problems, handling difficult customers and answering questions
Lend support to other branch offices
Qualification
Required
Previous banking experience in a branch environment required with an emphasis on sales
Minimum of two years prior management experience
Proficient in using technology and possesses the ability to multi-task using a variety of computer programs
Proven successful business development
Effective and efficient communication skills (verbal and written)
Diplomacy with the ability to respectfully resolve conflict
Interpersonal & customer service skills
High attention to detail and organization
Preferred
A two-year college degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Specialized training or certifications that align with the job's requirements
