Responsibilities
Act as a Business Manager within the Business Management function supporting various teams
Oversee and coordinate multiple related projects across AD, EMEA, and Home Office teams
Ensure project alignment with strategic business objectives and priorities
Coordinate cross-functional resources, timelines, and deliverables
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
Prepare clear and concise PowerPoint materials for internal working groups, management reviews, and senior stakeholder presentations
Serve as a central point of communication between business, technology, and regional stakeholders
Support governance, reporting, and PMO-related activities in line with internal standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in project management or business management roles, ideally within banking or financial services
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously across regions
Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills
Experience preparing executive-level PowerPoint presentations and working materials
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to operate in a structured, regulated environment
Familiarity with internal banking or enterprise systems such as Coupa, SPM, SAP Fieldglass, or similar tools
PMO exposure and understanding of project governance frameworks
PMP or other project management certifications
Experience supporting global or regional programs within large organizations
