Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and appeal of facilities and equipment at the property
Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
Responding to maintenance requests
Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
Collaborate with other team members to maintain the property in optimal condition and create a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff
Qualification
Required
Technical skills in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and other mechanical systems
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing and addressing equipment and building issues
Ability to operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely
Strong time management and organizational skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
Previous experience in building maintenance or a related field is beneficial
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying tasks
