They are seeking an Accounting & Finance Intern to assist in reconciling and analyzing investment accounting data, support the investment accounting close, and ensure data consistency.

Responsibilities
Assist in reconciling and analyzing investment accounting data within our investment accounting system and data warehouse
Support the monthly and quarterly investment accounting close processes to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
Conduct routine checks from multiple sources to ensure data consistency and accuracy
Research and resolve discrepancies and anomalies in the investment data
Collaborate with team members to enhance reporting processes and ensure data integrity
Participate actively in department objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in Excel required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Initiative and a willingness to learn in a professional environment
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with others
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Receptiveness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement
Preferred
Currently enrolled as a rising junior or senior in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited university, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
