Responsibilities
Gather partner requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized product solutions
Drive end-to-end project management for partner-related initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and expectations are exceeded
Provide technical guidance and expertise to partners, ensuring they fully understand and utilize our product offerings
Lead partner meetings, deliver progress updates, and maintain accountability for project success
Monitor partner satisfaction and identify opportunities for further collaboration or improvement
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, account management, or a similar role working directly with customers or partners
Strong product knowledge and/or technical abilities to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
A natural leader who takes accountability and drives results with enthusiasm and precision
Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
Preferred
Additional certifications or technical training is a plus
