US IB Operations Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities
Work closely with front office, Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs to ensure operational and regulatory risk is managed appropriately
Perform adherence testing of procedure and controls and deep dives on operational risk events
Assist with internal and external audit inquiries impacting the Broker Dealer
Proactively identify and address risks and issues
Challenge the status quo and seek opportunities for process efficiency and automation across the front to back
Qualification
Required
Experience performing Broker Dealer/Banking industry regulated processes and/or controls
Ability to build and retain relationships with clients, stakeholders and the team
Ability to think creatively and think logically to solve problems
Experience in risk assessment, control design and implementation
Ability to proactively escalate issues and risks
Experience with adherence testing and/or audits of critical processes and controls
Interested in digitalization and have an affinity with technology
Strong attention to details
Excel, PowerPoint, or Alteryx experience
Strong communication skills
