Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst
GraceMark Solutions is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to lead change strategies for major IT projects. This role focuses on driving adoption, training, and communication to ensure smooth system rollouts across the agency.
Responsibilities
Build and execute change strategies (impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, comms plans)
Partner with PMs, developers, QA, and technical teams to align change tasks
Deliver training materials, communications, and updates for users and leadership
Track adoption metrics and report progress
Qualification
Required
5+ years with OCM frameworks (e.g., PROSCI)
3+ years on large IT projects with agency‑wide impact
Strong communication/report writing skills
Experience coaching teams & tracking adoption metrics
Preferred
Texas State Agency experience
Bachelor's in IT/Business/Communications
background in marketing/corporate comms
