Pharmacy Social Media Assistant (Student Position)
Ferris State University College of Business is seeking a Pharmacy Social Media Assistant to support the development and execution of social media content. This position involves working closely with the marketing/communications team to create engaging content that enhances brand awareness and audience growth.

Assist with creating, editing, and scheduling social media content (posts, stories, reels, videos, captions)
Monitor social media platforms and engage with followers as directed (likes, comments, messages)
Research trends, hashtags, and platform features to inform content strategy
Support content planning through brainstorming sessions and content calendars
Assist with photo and video capture at events, meetings, or campus activities (as applicable)
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style guidelines, and accessibility best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong written communication skills with attention to tone, grammar, and audience
Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices
Experience with or interest in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively
Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Professionalism and reliability in a fast-paced environment
