Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
Provide assistance with product-related questions and troubleshooting
Manage return processes, including detailed write-ups for all returned units
Collaborate with refurbishment team to verify operational standards and cleanliness of refurbished units
Ensure units are tested and ready for shipment
Maintain accurate documentation and data entry for all customer service activities

Experience with CRM system MAS200
Familiarity with returns/refurbishment processes
