Lithia Ford of Missoula is looking for an Automotive Detailer to join their team, where they prioritize both vehicles and the people contributing to their success. The role involves cleaning and maintaining vehicles to ensure they meet high standards, along with managing the detailing area.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean interior and exterior vehicle surfaces, applying detailing products as needed
Perform minor cosmetic repairs to maintain the appearance of the showroom and vehicles
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality, ensuring they meet our dealership's high standards
Manage the organization and upkeep of the detailing area and its equipment
Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure timely and efficient detailing of vehicles

Required

A detail-oriented individual with a passion for automobiles and a drive to deliver high-quality work
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Preferred

Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required
A team player who communicates effectively and is committed to contributing to a positive workplace
The ability to manage time efficiently and work independently on tasks
