Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients on operational and logistical matters
Maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables in a client-ready format
Ensure timely, professional, and responsive communication with all stakeholders
Support the preparation of client materials such as agendas, reports, and wrap-ups
Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are clearly defined and met
Monitor project progress, flag risks, and resolve roadblocks to keep work on track
Lead regular check-ins and status meetings with internal teams and clients
Coordinate inputs across consultants, subject matter experts, and operations to ensure seamless execution
Track project budgets and hours against scope; support change order process when needed
Collaborate with leadership and consultants to forecast resourcing needs
Maintain project management tools and systems (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
Provide structure and organization to internal team workflows
Support operational improvement initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—written and verbal
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with project management tools and collaboration platforms
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Bachelor's degree required; PMP, CAPM or similar certification
