Responsibilities
Serve as Tier-3 escalation support for identity, messaging, and collaboration platforms through ServiceNow
Administer and optimize Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange (on-prem and online), and Office 365 hybrid services
Support enterprise collaboration platforms including Slack, Skype for Business, and Zoom
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across directory, email, and communications services
Partner with engineering teams on planned upgrades, migrations, and new platform initiatives
Coordinate with vendors to resolve complex platform issues and track incidents through closure
Contribute to operational excellence by refining procedures, automation, and technical documentation
Identify performance, reliability, and security improvement opportunities within identity and messaging systems
Participate in an on-call rotation supporting a 24x7 global environment
Qualification
Required
5+ years administering enterprise Active Directory, messaging, and collaboration platforms
Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange (2010–2019) and Exchange Online
Strong knowledge of Office 365 and hybrid Microsoft environments
Experience managing Windows Server 2012–2019 infrastructure
Solid understanding of core networking services (DNS, DHCP, SMTP, TCP/IP)
Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise and scripting or pattern matching (Regex)
Demonstrated ownership mindset with a focus on problem resolution and process improvement
