Procurement & In-Market Events Operations Manager

Quantious is seeking a highly organized operations professional to support contract, procurement, and in-market event execution. This role involves managing contract and purchase order workflows while also coordinating logistics and operations for live events.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end contact and PO execution process (intake, tracking, follow-ups)
Serve as the primary liaison between project leads, legal, and procurement to expedite approvals and resolve bottlenecks
Maintain contract and PO trackers (status, renewals, expirations)
Flag risks, delays, or missing documentation proactively
Support vendor onboarding and compliance requirements
Ensure alignment between approved budgets and executed POs
Support the execution layer of in-market events, including:
Shipping & logistics coordination (booth assets, demo kits, swag, signage)
Maintain shipping trackers and delivery timelines
Manage on-site documentation (vendor forms, badges, access lists)
Support on-site operations during events as needed (check-in, vendor coordination, issue resolution)
Assist with post-event wrap-up (asset returns, invoices, documentation archiving)
Drive the continuous documentation and optimization of team processes
Develop, maintain and update operation documents
Document repeatable processes
Create and maintain checklists and templates
Support cross-functional onboarding by centralizing documentation

Required

5+ years of experience in marketing operations, program/project management or communications —preferably within B2B, technology, or enterprise environments
Experience in operations, procurement support, event operations, or program coordination
Familiarity with contract and PO workflows, tracking, and approval processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
Experience coordinating logistics, shipping, and vendor documentation
High attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying risks or gaps
Comfortable working cross-functionally with legal, procurement, vendors, and internal teams
Ability to document processes and create clear checklists and templates
Able to operate in fast-paced, global working environments
