New Grad, Entry LevelBK Behavior is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The RBTs will implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in various settings.

Responsibilities
Implement ABA therapy programs as designed by a BCBA
Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior
Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies
Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Qualification
Required
RBT certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
Interest in working with children with ASD
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and punctual
