Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior architects and team leaders to program, plan, design, and administer building projects
Develop conceptual plans, design studies, and presentation materials
Produce and coordinate construction documents and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit
Coordinate with consultants, including structural, MEP, civil, and other disciplines
Participate in client meetings and design presentations to ensure project goals are met
Work with CAD/BIM staff to develop renderings and visualizations
Ensure projects meet design intent, budget, schedule, and applicable codes
Assist with research, selection, and coordination of materials and products
Support construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and field coordination
Qualification
Required
Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture
5+ years of experience in Project Management / Design
Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in tandem with collaborative multi-disciplinary design teams
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suites
Preferred
Healthcare and/or Higher Education experience is desirable
