Sales Development Representative
Pioneer Search Group is a long-standing executive search firm specializing in Material Handling Equipment and Automation as well as Oil/Gas/Rotating Equipment. They are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative who is eager to break into executive search and build a long-term career in recruiting, focusing on new client development and evolving into managing both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
Identify, research, and prospect new client opportunities within targeted industries
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
Learn the executive search process from end to end
Collaborate with senior recruiters and leadership to understand client needs
Gradually take on candidate sourcing, screening, and placement responsibilities
Work toward managing a full recruitment desk as part of your career progression
Qualification
Required
Strong drive, ambition, and competitive spirit
Interest in sales, recruiting, and relationship building
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Preferred
Prior sales, recruiting, or business development experience is a plus, but not required
