Responsibilities
Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment and retention goals
Screens, interviews and refers appropriate candidates to the hiring manager for placement
Recommends recruitment strategies to the Director
Assists with the development of the recruitment plan in keeping patient care, and the hospital's mission and vision foremost at all times
Qualification
Preferred
An associate degree
Experience in the healthcare field
Proficiency in medical terminology
Experience in staffing or recruitment
Healthcare/medical - healthcare human resources experience
