Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Analysts to grow their technical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills; provide regular feedback, mentoring, and structured learning
Oversee intake and request inventory, ensuring clear prioritization, proactive stakeholder communication, and on‑time delivery
Guide analytical work by applying strong development skills and data visualization best practices to generate meaningful, actionable insights
Challenge the status quo, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and support transformative operational and product improvements
Apply strong foundational business knowledge to elevate problem statements, validate root causes, and shape solution recommendations
Ensure structured delivery by partnering with product, operations, IT, and vendor teams to translate insights into executable actions
Promote consistency in analytical methods, documentation, and storytelling across the Analyst team
Champion DaVita’s Mission & Values and foster an inclusive, growth‑oriented team culture
Partner with DGS, Clinical, Product, and Inventa leaders to understand evolving business priorities and ensure analytical support aligns to organizational needs
Provide thought partnership to cross‑functional teams, offering options, considerations, and recommendations grounded in data
Communicate clearly and concisely to senior leaders, summarizing complex information into simple, decision ready insights
Represent the Analyst function in cross‑team forums, highlighting risks, dependencies, and opportunities connected to broader initiatives
Support change management efforts, ensuring stakeholders understand implications of data findings, workflow changes, or system enhancements

Required

1 year in Leadership with direct reports – Required
High School Diploma/equivalency – Required
Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel – Required
Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle – Required

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in related field – Preferred
Intermediate proficiency in analytics systems (SQL, Netezza, Tableau) – Preferred
Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle Collections – Preferred
