5+ years expEthosEnergy is currently seeking a Site Product Quality Manager for our Houston, TX facility. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control within our manufacturing and repair operations, ensuring that all components meet rigorous industry standards and customer specifications.

Responsibilities
Manage validation programs for different production processes
Verify inspection reports, quality/production documentation, and certificates
Manage non-conformances, root cause analysis and corrective actions
Prepare the Quality documentation/certificates for the Customers
Develop or approve product verification plans and respective test methods
Deal with Suppliers in the day-by-day job, to ensure products are delivered in line with the required quality level and non-conformities, if any, are closed on time
Review design inputs (specifications) and design outputs (reports, prints, etc.) to assure that appropriate design requirements are specified and to evaluate/confirm quality requirements prior to successful design transfer
Manage NCRs and manage RCAs
Define Inspection Methods / Criteria, Equipment Inspection / Calibration Product / Process validation
Product / Process audits
Customer Issues management
Customer Satisfaction process
Management system document control
KPIs monitoring and reporting
Quality Management System audits (internal)
Quality Management System audits (external)
Quality Management System audits (suppliers)
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of turbine, compressor, and generator components and repair processes preferred
Proficiency in quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 8D, Fishbone, Pareto)
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in product quality management within rotating equipment manufacturing or repair
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Work is normally performed in typical machine shop environment
Must be able to sit/stand for up to 8 hours
Must be able to look at computer monitor for up to 8 hours
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be able to type for long periods of time
Preferred
Experience managing safety programs is preferred
Master's preferred
Certifications in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or ASQ CQE preferred
