Responsibilities
Coach participant teams through branded and unbranded LEAF Lab projects
Facilitate mindset shifts around Lean Agile ways of working
Guide teams through workflow optimization, process flow mapping, working at scale in a Lean Portfolio, and value stream mapping
Support portfolio and program-level governance using the L-EAF.org framework
Help teams build durable skills by training in lean principles and adaptive practices
Earn additional certifications while coaching teams in specialized methodologies
Connect with a community of coaches exploring innovative approaches to team development
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years working directly with teams in Lean Agile frameworks
Minimum 2 hours per week capacity for coaching activities
Experience with or a willingness to learn the Trillium Coaching Model
Must hold or be willing to earn L-EAF.org coaching certifications in WorkFLOW, Nested WorkFLOW, ValueFLOW, and ProductFLOW
Focus on mindset first, then practice
Let teams discover their own tools and approaches
Bring domain knowledge about Lean Agile ways of working (specific project domain knowledge not required)
Willingness to get uncomfortable and be coached yourself
