Responsibilities
Conduct supplier quality audits and onsite assessments
Manage containment actions and address non-conformances
Work directly onsite with 45–50 suppliers (“go to the ground” approach)
Act as the onsite quality representative at supplier locations
Schedule and conduct supplier meetings, presentations, and issue formal letters/communications
Review and audit FMEA and Control Plans
Spend full audit days onsite at supplier facilities
Identify potential findings, track open items, and drive closure
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure effective corrective actions
Drive problem-solving activities with a proactive mindset
Participate in weekly review meetings with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Automotive Industry experience is mandatory with Total Experience: 8–10 years (Mixed), Minimum 6 years in Automotive
Conduct supplier quality audits and onsite assessments
Manage containment actions and address non-conformances
Work directly onsite with 45–50 suppliers (“go to the ground” approach)
Act as the onsite quality representative at supplier locations
Schedule and conduct supplier meetings, presentations, and issue formal letters/communications

Strong experience in Containment & Non-Conformance Management
Strong experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Problem Solving
Hands-on experience with FMEA
Hands-on experience with Control Plans
Quality Standards Knowledge: ISO 9001
Quality Standards Knowledge: TS 16949 / IATF 16949
Ability to work independently onsite and manage multiple suppliers
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
Preferred
External Lead Auditor certification (preferred)
TS 9614 exposure preferred
Preferred experience in Safety Systems such as Seat Belts
Preferred experience in Automotive Safety Components
