The role involves leading design and plan development tasks, performing structural analysis/design, and conducting bridge inspections for various structures.

Responsibilities
Lead multi-discipline teams to deliver bridge projects, or lead bridge /structural tasks as part of a project team, including plan and report production
Assist in the development of project proposals, scope, and schedules
Help to develop, monitor, and maintain engineering budgets
Serve as a quality assurance team review member and mentor for a team of bridge/structural engineers
Coordinate with sub-consultants and in-house technical staff to meet project deadlines
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis
P.E. registration or ability to obtain one in the near future
7+ years of relevant bridge design experience
Strong technical skills relevant to bridge/structural design and analysis
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Working experience with marketing, business development, project pursuits, and proposal preparation a plus
M.S. in Civil Engineering
Experience in leading Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects
Working knowledge of Microstation and/or Civil 3D
