Responsibilities
Process, archive, and maintain contracts, MBAs, MSAs, and SOWs within the designated procurement systems
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage and communicate payment schedules
Support sourcing activities and procurement operations under the guidance of senior team members
Ensure data accuracy and compliance within procurement and financial software platforms
Handle a variety of day-to-day operational tasks to ensure seamless continuity of team functions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or a directly related field
5+ years of experience with advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, data analysis)
5+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa procurement software
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP (ERP modules related to procurement/finance)
