Responsibilities
Manage and maintain financial data, including revenues and expenses
Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases for financial tracking
Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
Review financial documents for accuracy and compliance
Prepare and deliver financial reports and analysis
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
Assist with audit preparation and internal control activities
Support payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment preferred
Experience with month-end and year-end close processes
Strong knowledge of general tax concepts
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
