Responsibilities
Gain in-depth knowledge of OneDigital's financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro) and associated technology. Assist in exploring and implementing new workflows to enhance efficiency within the financial planning process
Assist with gathering client data, analyzing financial situations, and crafting financial plans aligned with client goals and risk tolerance
Translate complex financial information into clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations for client meetings
Partner with the team to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and improved data management within the financial planning process
Work closely with financial advisors to understand their needs and provide ongoing support. Maintain open communication to ensure a seamless client experience
Actively research and learn about the latest trends and best practices in financial planning and associated technology
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into clear and actionable insights
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Proven success with multi-tasking and managing priorities effectively
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients on financial concepts
Continual learner mentality, able to adopt new solutions and interpret the impact of new laws for prospective clients
Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive client information, including personnel and financial data
Regular and predictable attendance is required
Business travel up to 25%
Interest in and ability to earn CFP® certification required
2+ years of experience in financial planning
Preferred
Some experience with financial planning software and technology, MoneyGuidePro preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred), or relevant experience in retirement plan service
Demonstrated discipline maintaining client information in a CRM, Salesforce preferred
