Responsibilities
Manage the firm's personal financial planning and investment management practice
Conduct client meetings and provide comprehensive wealth management advice
Collaborate closely with the firm's legal, insurance, financial, and tax teams to provide integrated solutions for clients
Understand the firm's investment strategies and make recommendations on investment advisors and products
Stay up-to-date on market and economic conditions and communicate that to clients
Potentially oversee a team of financial planners/advisors in the future
Qualification
Required
10 years of experience in a high production environment with 20+ meetings a week with clients, working with a combination of business owners and high-net-worth individuals
Proficiency in E-money, with flexibility in using platforms such as Schwab
Experience with Money Guide
Familiarity with Docusign
CFP certification
Bachelor's degree
Expertise in estate, tax planning, and liability planning
Ability to command a client's respect and trust, ensuring they feel comfortable being the final decision-maker
Life experience
Experience and comfort working with both blue and white-collar businesses
Experience in smaller firms, understanding the complexities of integrated financial services
