Responsibilities
Assist in the design and implementation of asset management processes to enhance portfolio performance
Assist with underwriting and financial analysis projects
Support the team in managing and facilitating disposition and refinancing transactions
Monitor occupancy and delinquency rates for active portfolios
Support initiatives aimed at enhancing NOI through procurement strategies
Assist the team with any ad hoc projects
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student pursuing Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative fields
Strong foundation in data analysis, data management, and reporting
Proficiency in data analysis and modeling
Hands-on experience with Power BI / Tableau to build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
Experience using Power Automate to create workflows, automate data processes, and improve reporting efficiency
Working knowledge of Python and/or R for data cleaning, analysis, or automation
Basic understanding of SQL and querying structured datasets
Ability to clean, validate, and organize large datasets from multiple sources
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Current undergraduate sophomore or junior with a target graduation date between December 2026 – June 2028
Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
Demonstrated interest in data analytics, automation, and business intelligence, particularly within real estate, operations, or asset management
Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI
Experience building automated workflows using Power Automate
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and validate data
Ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
Preferred
Exposure to Python and/or R and SQL for data analysis is preferred
