Deskside Support Engineer – L2 / L3

Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 deskside support for end users in a corporate environment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows and macOS systems
Support laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices
Handle OS issues, software installations, patches, upgrades, and configurations
Work closely with infrastructure and IT teams for escalations
Deliver high-quality, white-glove support to business users
Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures as required
Qualification
Required
