Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to GAAP
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
Prepare and review consolidated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and supporting schedules for internal and external stakeholders
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure strong internal controls and compliance
Transform reactive, manual workflows into proactive, scalable systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with increased responsibility
Strong understanding of GAAP
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Experience with internal controls and audit management
Preferred
Active CPA license or advanced degree in accounting highly preferred
Prior experience in a startup or early stage company with a global presence preferred
