Act as an escalation point of contact and a coach to channel advisors
Provide guidance and support to employees as well as managers on cases that require subject matter expertise
Leverage playbooks, protocols, and requirements for case management as well as contribute to ongoing improvements
Provide end-to-end support to their employees
Maintain and update employee-facing HR processes and policy documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5 years of HR experience
Experience utilizing Salesforce or ServiceNow
Strong ability to communicate with various levels of the organization on sensitive matters
