Human Resources & Operations Coordinator
LHH is partnering with a leading transportation company to fill their open Human Resources & Operations Coordinator job. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures, among other responsibilities.
Human Resources
Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
Entering and updating employee information in the HRIS
Answering employees’ HR inquiries
Administering benefits
Implementing new HR policies and procedures
Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
Employee Relations
Assisting with basic accounting administrative tasks
Office management: ordering supplies, greeting guests at the front, planning company events and parties, etc
All other related tasks as required
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field
