Responsibilities
Analyze business and campaign-level data to uncover meaningful insights, diagnose performance trends, and recommend strategic initiatives that improve customer engagement and drive incremental value
Own and maintain core performance dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses to interpret inconsistent trends, identify anomalies, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations
Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across key platforms, ensuring accurate tracking, strong execution, and ongoing optimization
Monitor daily campaign performance, audience targeting, and quality signals to ensure campaigns are meeting performance and operational standards
Identify, explore, and lead testing across new and emerging mid-funnel social and digital channels to expand reach and improve efficiency
Act as the internal SME for paid social platforms, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
1-3+ years of professional experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or a related role, with hands-on exposure to paid social advertising
Strong analytical skill set with experience translating data into insights that influence marketing and business decisions
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics, with a solid understanding of campaign setup, tracking, and optimization
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis, experimentation, and modeling
Experience building and maintaining dashboards and working with data visualization tools to communicate performance clearly
Detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
