Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the power industry and the types of challenges our customers and the industry faces
Bring an open, inclusive, and excited mindset while you experience 3 different rotations in engineering and manufacturing along different product lines during the development program
Attend events and networking meetings to allow you to form a large network within our company and its subsidiaries
Upon program graduation, become a vital part of one of the Siemens Energy engineering organization, working in design, analysis, and maintenance of power generation equipment
Qualification
Required
Seeking proactive, driven, and caring individuals who want to become part of our engineering development program in Siemens Energy
By June 2026, you will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers
