Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Salesforce technologies including LWC, Aura, Apex, and Visualforce
Design and implement solutions leveraging out-of-the-box Salesforce features, complemented by custom configurations and code
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Manage the full software development life cycle, including development, testing, deployment, and documentation
Utilize DevOps tools and processes such as FLOSUM, Jenkins, or other CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline deployment processes
Use Salesforce Metadata API via ANT migration tool for configuration management and deployment
Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, including troubleshooting and performance optimization
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards
Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables
Stay updated with Salesforce updates, releases, and industry best practices to continuously improve development processes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer
Extensive hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex, and Visualforce
Strong understanding of Salesforce customization, configuration, and development capabilities
Proven experience with DevOps processes and CI/CD tooling such as FLOSUM, Jenkins
Proficiency with Salesforce Metadata API and ANT migration tool
Practical experience in designing and implementing REST and SOAP API integrations
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and application
Good knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JQuery
Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in Wealth Management or financial services industry
Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem products and integration with other enterprise applications
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development
Ability to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines and priorities
Willingness to learn new technologies and take on challenging tasks
Experience with data loads, exports, and working with large volumes of data in Salesforce
