Senior Account Executive, Influence & Social Strategy

The Senior Account Executive, Influence & Social Strategy will develop and execute social media and influencer marketing strategies for healthcare clients, managing campaigns and fostering client relationships while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and support implementation of comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives, including content calendars, platform-specific strategies and community management plans
Influencer Management: Identify, vet and support relationship management with patient and healthcare provider (HCP) influencers, negotiating contracts and ensure compliance with FDA and FTC regulations
Content Development & Oversight: Oversee the creation of engaging and informative social media content, advocating for creative excellence while also ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
Paid Social Media Strategy: Partner with paid media teams to build thoughtful, strategic paid social strategies across various platforms, keeping abreast of new ad formats and continuing to bring our clients innovative thinking in terms of how to best achieve business objectives
Social Channel Management: Develop and implement content strategies for both product and corporate social media channels. Understanding of community management best practices
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, servicing as a key point of contact for social media and influencer initiatives
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including creative, medical, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
Measurement & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Identify key insights and optimize strategies based on data
Staying Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and stay informed on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices across social media, influencer marketing and the healthcare industry
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in healthcare or regulated industry
Proven track record of managing successful influencer programs
Proven experience managing social media channels and an understanding of paid social media
Deep platform knowledge across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, with an understanding of other emerging platforms
3-4 years of experience managing social media or influencer programs
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, track campaign performance, and generate insightful reports
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred
Pharmaceutical or medical device digital marketing experience
B2B or HCP experience
