Responsibilities
Join a small team of software engineers that build the digital infrastructure and products that power the company
Build, deploy, and maintain smart contracts in a production environment on EVM networks (Ethereum and Base)
Work with a variety of token standards
Contribute across the entire technology stack, including backend and frontend development, blockchain infrastructure, and more
Develop tools for managing a large and growing real estate portfolio efficiently
Create products that enable investors to manage their investments into Groma's real estate funds
Express Groma's property assets, investor share holdings, and REIT operations on Ethereum and other networks
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining smart contracts in a production environment on EVM networks (Ethereum and Base)
Experience working with a variety of token standards
Willingness and ability to contribute across the entire technology stack
Comfortable working directly with stakeholders throughout the business to understand their needs and build pragmatic solutions
Ability to operate across the entirety of the technology stack including backend and frontend development, blockchain infrastructure, and spreadsheet hacking
Ability to build reliable, secure, and easily-maintainable systems while moving quickly
Preferred
Experience with RWAs/real estate
Experience representing securities with compliance constraints on-chain (e.g. ERC-3643)
Experience with DeFi protocols like Uniswap
Comfortable building web applications in Django or a comparable framework
