Responsibilities
Lead and develop a partner marketing team responsible for program execution, partner communication, and campaign coordination across North America. Provide coaching, clear priorities, and ongoing support to drive high performance
Develop and manage the annual partner marketing plan for North America in alignment with sales objectives, partner tiering, and regional growth priorities
Establish a structured partner coverage and support model based on performance, opportunity potential, and strategic alignment with Five9’s goals
Oversee the development and execution of integrated co-branded demand generation campaigns with priority partners. This includes digital marketing, webinars, ABM initiatives, content syndication, and joint events
Equip partners with the messaging, assets, training, and campaign kits needed to effectively promote and sell Five9 solutions. Drive adoption of global partner-ready campaigns and tools
Manage Marketing Development Fund (MDF) planning, partner proposals, approvals, and performance tracking. Ensure MDF investments align to revenue objectives and yield measurable ROI
Support and scale initiatives across reseller, distributor, and TSD routes to market, including value proposition development, partner onboarding, bundled offerings, and promotional activities
Partner closely with Channel Sales leadership and Partner Managers on joint business planning, campaign prioritization, partner readiness, and pipeline visibility
Collaborate with Global Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, and Brand teams to localize campaigns, refine value propositions, and ensure alignment with Five9’s broader marketing strategy
Create structure around reporting, forecasting, budgeting, campaign tracking, and marketing automation workflows to improve scalability, transparency, and performance measurement
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of B2B marketing experience in technology, SaaS, or cloud communications
Proven experience in partner marketing or channel marketing supporting resellers, distributors, or TSDs
Demonstrated leadership experience — managing people, mentoring team members, or leading cross-functional initiatives
Strong understanding of co-marketing, partner enablement, demand generation, and MDF management
Experience collaborating closely with Channel Sales and partner ecosystems
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate program performance, pipeline impact, and partner ROI
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, matrixed environment
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
