Monitor and update employee hours in UKG timekeeping system
Assist in Accounts Payable department
Assist in Linehaul payroll preparations
Monitor Hours of Service regulations
Assist in Fuel Tax Reporting
Prepare spreadsheets as needed
Apply Cash Receipts
Data entry
Perform other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High School completion or equivalent
Valid Driver License
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
Analytical, Detail-oriented, Organized
Typing and ten-key skills are required
Ability to multi-task and react to change productively
Ability to read and distinguish numerical values such as pounds, pieces, and dollar amounts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
Excellent attendance
Preferred
Bookkeeping background preferred
Transportation Industry experience preferred
