Responsibilities

Minimum five (5) years’ experience of data modeling and database design
Minimum five (5) years’ design and coding experience using SQL Server version 2012 or higher
Minimum five (5) years’ experience testing medium to large applications
Minimum five (5) years’ experience developing web applications on the Microsoft .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC and C#

Required

Minimum five (5) years' experience of data modeling and database design
Minimum five (5) years' design and coding experience using SQL Server version 2012 or higher
Minimum five (5) years' experience testing medium to large applications
Minimum five (5) years' experience developing web applications on the Microsoft .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC and C#

Preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps for source code management and work item tracking
Expertise in responsive UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) and implementation using Bootstrap, with the ability to modernize existing interfaces for enhanced usability and accessibility across all devices
Strong working knowledge of jQuery for dynamic front-end development, DOM manipulation, AJAX requests and enhancing user interactions within the HRMS system
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Strong understanding of IT concepts, practices, methods, principles, and governance
Prior experience developing in-house application for government agencies including California State agencies
Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of facilitating interactions between technical and non-technical staff
Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing reports with Microsoft Power BI
Ability to perform effectively under pressure on time-sensitive and high-priority projects, maintaining a positive attitude
Experience in writing unit testing
