Responsibilities
Guidance with starting new clients
Inspections of Independent Contractor (IC) performance and compliance with client requirements
Trouble-shooting customer requests/complaints
Coordinating site visits
Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and Independent Contractors
Negotiating contracts
Procuring supplies for clients
Ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to a defined scope of work
Growing existing contracts with additional services (upsells)
Participating in the process of recruiting Independent Contractors (ICs)
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required; bachelor's degree highly desirable
Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, or kneel for extended periods
Preferred
3-5 plus year's management experience in building maintenance, facility management or equivalent experience
Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments
Positive, personable, and outgoing personality; great at building relationships
Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM database
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Effective leader and problem solver
Creative and resourceful
Ability to multitask
